This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our CRM Skills mobile application (referred to as "Application") and our website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal data to provide and improve the Application and the website (together referred to as "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Application refers to CRM Skills, the software program provided by the Company.

  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows you to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

  • Google

If you decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, we may collect personal data that is already associated with your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as your name, your email address, your activities, or your contact list associated with that account.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If you choose to provide such information and personal data, during registration or otherwise, you are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

If you request the deletion of your personal data, we will delete your data unless we are legally required to retain it or have legitimate business reasons to do so. Your Privacy Rights Under U.S. State Laws

User Authentication via Firebase

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user sign-ins and account security. Firebase Authentication collects information such as your email address, IP address, and device information to help maintain security. Firebase’s use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.


Advertising via Google AdMob

Our app uses Google AdMob to serve ads to users. AdMob may collect data such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, and information about your interaction with ads. AdMob may share this information with third parties. Their use of the data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your mobile device settings:

  • For Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
  • For iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking.

User Data Storage

We store certain user data, such as progress made within the app, full name, profile image, and email, on our backend servers. This data is essential for maintaining user profiles, tracking progress, and providing a personalized experience. You can request to access or delete your data by contacting us at sales@line-corp.net.


Local Data Storage

We use a local database (Kotlin Database) on your device to store information about your level completions and progress. This data helps to provide a seamless user experience and offline access. This locally stored data is not shared with any third party unless you choose to back it up or synchronize it via cloud services.


Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your personal data is important to us, and we implement commercially reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which restricts the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.


AI Assistant Powered by OpenAI GPT

Our AI Assistant, available through the CRM Skills application, is powered by OpenAI’s GPT model. When you interact with the AI Assistant, the following information may be collected and processed:

  • User Inputs: The questions or text you provide to the AI Assistant for generating responses.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the AI Assistant, including session logs, timestamps, and related activity metrics.

This data is used solely to generate relevant responses and improve the accuracy and quality of the assistant's performance. We do not retain personal information or specific user inputs beyond what is necessary to deliver the service or for analytics to improve the user experience.

The AI Assistant processes user inputs in real-time and may share your inputs with OpenAI's servers for generating responses. OpenAI’s privacy policy governs their use and protection of any data processed through their GPT model. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that all data processed by the AI Assistant is secure and that your privacy is protected in line with applicable laws.

You can contact us if you have concerns about how your data is being processed through the AI Assistant, or if you wish to request the deletion of any data associated with your interactions with the assistant.


Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted.
